They are carried over from our parents, their parents, social default and they shape the world of our present without us even realizing it.

A simple 3 step framework to help you shift your belief systems
- Ask, check in with your body and test the new belief by asking yourself do I believe this while holding your hand over your heart. If you can feel your heartbeat then its a yes. Then take some time to download the new belief into your body. If you cant feel your heartbeat then something is misaligned.
- Take the action to show your body that it’s safe to believe that
- Get really clear on the belief and share it with someone you trust

Learning how to identify and resolve the beliefs that are holding you back can be a powerful way to transform your daily life.
One of the most common limiting beliefs is “I’m not enough,” or the feeling of imposter syndrome.
This can show up in so many ways – from feeling like we’re not worthy of healthy, loving relationships to feeling that we don’t deserve our dream job, from feeling like we have to check off certain boxes or reach certain goals in order to receive the approval of or love from others.
DEFINING WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE TO HAVE A BELIEF SYSTEM THAT’S OUT OF ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR CORE VALUES (24:59)
When you are unclear of your belief systems you take on the belief systems of others, of society by default.
Another indicator is if you find yourself overcommitting and saying “yes” to things you don’t want to do.
Your feelings – unhappiness, anxiety, depression, anger, or fear – can also be signs that a belief system is out of alignment with your values.
Sometimes, this lack of alignment will show up as disease or aches or pains in your body.
Embodying belief systems that are our of alignment with your values holds you back from living your purpose and being able to do your life’s work.
