YIELD: 24 MINI GUT HEALTHY BROWNIE BITES
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 20 MINUTES
HEALTHY BROWNIE BITES INGREDIENTS:
Coconut oil spray
1/2 cup cocoa powder + 2 Tbsp
1 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup honey or 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia
1 Tbsp vanilla
4 scoops SeedFiber
1/2 cup all natural, sugar free, mini chocolate chips (Lily’s brand)
HEALTHY BROWNIE BITES Cooking Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a nonstick mini muffin tin with coconut oil. Dust with 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder. In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, coconut oil, eggs, honey or stevia, vanilla and SeedFiber. Stir until well mixed, fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared mini muffin tin. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or just until center of brownies springs back when touched lightly. Remove from oven, cool slightly before gently twisting brownies from pan.
